The quality of your conversations determines the quality of your outcomes.
Most businesses measure the results. Few properly observe the conversations creating them.
Most businesses measure the results. Few properly observe the conversations creating them.
Businesses measure sales, conversion rates, customer satisfaction and customer feedback.
But the numbers rarely show the moment the customer lost confidence.
That moment usually happens inside a conversation.
The Conversation Practice helps organisations observe the customer conversations behind their results, identify the behaviours that matter, and make the best of them repeatable.
Customers have different experiences depending on who they speak with.
We rush to solve instead of understanding what really matters.
Your best people may be doing the right things, but nobody has made those behaviours visible enough to repeat.
Great customer conversations are rarely accidental.
They may feel natural to the customer, but behind them are behaviours that can be observed, practised and repeated.
Observe the conversations creating your current outcomes.
Identify the behaviours that build confidence, trust and better decisions.
Help leaders and teams make those behaviours consistent.
THE outcomes
When customer conversations improve, confidence grows, customer experience becomes more consistent and commercial performance follows.
Customers move forward with greater confidence because recommendations feel relevant, not rehearsed.
Teams know what good looks like, because the behaviours have been made visible.
Customers feel understood before they feel sold to. Every recommendation begins with what matters to them.
Founder
I’m Jack Lawton.
For more than twenty years, I’ve worked with customer-facing teams, sales leaders and learning professionals to understand why some customer conversations consistently create trust, confidence and commercial results while others don’t.
My background includes Apple and Learning & Development roles where I’ve spent years observing the behaviours that help customers feel heard, build trust and move forward with confidence.
The Conversation Practice exists to help organisations see those behaviours clearly, improve them deliberately and make them repeatable.
Tell me what you are seeing: inconsistent performance, customers not moving forward, coaching that is not sticking, or conversations that feel harder to improve than they should.
f there is something useful to explore, we can have a discovery conversation.
